Iconixx Software Buys nGen Compensation, Gets Funding

Austin-based Iconixx Software said Friday that it has raised funding from private equity firm KBH Ventures, and acquired nGenera's total compensation software business unit. Financial terms of the investment and acquisition were not disclosed. According to Iconixx, it is looking to re-establish the Iconixx brand previously purchased by nGenera in 2008. Iconixx is headed by Derrik Deyhimi.
