PEG Bandwidth Raises $15M

Dallas-based PEG Bandwidth, a provider of fiber-based backhaul networks for the telecom industry, said today that it has raised $15M in an equity fundraising. The funding came from Associated Partners LP. According to the firm, the transaction came in the form of a merger of PEG Bandwidth into Wireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC. As part of the investment, the firm said that it has appointed Ricahrd Ruben as its CEO. Ruben was most recently CEO at Wire One Communications and XOS Technologies, and also served as CFO of Bell Atlantic Mobile and President at Comcast-Spectacor. More information »
