Inova Labs Gets $10M

Austin-based Inova Labs, a manufacturer of oxygen concentrators for the medical market, said today that it has raised $10.0M in a Series A funding round. The round came from Three Arch Partners. The company said the new funding will go towards nationwide and international sales expansion of the firm's LifeChoice portable oxygen concentrator product line, as well as for development and working capital. Dr. Richard Lin of Three Arch joins the company's board along with the funding. Inova was assisted by Greene Holcomb & Fisher LLC in the fundraising, along with Thompson & Knight, LLP.
