ProspX Raises $4.4M

Austin-basd ProspX, a developer of software used for managing commercial insurance processes, has raised $4.4M in a new funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm today. Details on the funding have not been announced by the company. According to the filing, the funding is part of an ongoing, $8.0M fundraising by the company.
