RadioTime Signs Two Deals
Dallas-based RadioTime, a developer of technology used to navigate Internet radio stations, said today that it has inked two separate deals to incorporate its technology into products. RadioTime said that peiker acustic GmbH & Co, KG, which develops voice and data products for motor vehicles, will incorporate its technology into its in-car audio systems, allowing users to see what is on AM/FM, HD, and Internet-only radio stations. peiker's products are used by OEM car manufacturers. Separately, RadioTime said that it is in a deal with Dension Audio Systems to power Dension's Webradio, a USB dongle which connects 3G-enabled mobile phones to stream Internet radio stations to their automobile's USB-enabled radio. Financial terms of the two deals were not announced.
