Bazaarvoice Names Chief Client Officer

Austin-based Bazaarvoice, which provides ratings and reviews software to e-commerce sites, announced this morning that it has appointed Mark Riggs as Chief Client Officer at the firm. Riggs joins the firm from Endeca Technologies, where he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Solutions. He also has served at Business Objects, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Electronic Data Systems.
