Sparefoot Gets $2M
Austin-based Sparefoot, an online service which helps people find self-storage facilities, has announced it has raised $2M in a Series B funding, via investor Bryan Menell. According to Menell, the firm raised $2M from Silverton Partners, FLOODGATE, the investment firm of Mike Maples, and Capital Factory, the early stage technology accelerator. The funding had originally been uncovered by Texastechpulse last week via a regulatory filing. Sparefoot was formerly called Homstie.com. More information »
