Bazaarvoice Wins Kolcraft

Austin-based Bazaarvoice, the developer of e-commerce ratings and review software, said today that it has added Kolcraft, the manufacturer of baby mattresses and cribs, as a customer. According to Bazaarvoice, Kolcraft is using Bazaarvoice Stories, Ask & Answer, Ratings & Reviews, and BrandVoice and BrandAnswers. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Bazaarvoice supplies its software to various retailers to allow customers to share their ratings and reviews of products.
