Dachis Group Gains $30M More

Austin-based Dachis Group, the social business consultancy headed by Jeffrey Dachis, has raised another $30M in funding, the firm said this morning. The Series B funding was led by Austin Ventures. According to the firm, the new funding will go towards helping the company further its expansion. Dachis Group has been on a major acquisition spree, buying up social media consulting companies. The firm said it now has over 220 consultants across 10 cities in five countries. Among the social media firms that Dachis has acquired are Powered, Archrival, Stuzo, XPLANE and Headshift. The new funding brings the company's total raised to $80M. More information »
