Convio Buys StrategicOne

Austin-based Convio, the provider of nonprofit management software, said this morning that it has acquired StrategicOne, a Kanasas-based provider of analytics and data intelligence services. Convio said it will pay approximately $5M in cash, plus up to $1M in earn out, for StrategicOne. Convio said StrategicOne had total revenues of approximately $2M in 2010.
