Socialware Raises $3M More

Austin-based Socialware, a developer of social networking compliance tools for the enterprise, said this morning that it has raised $3M in additional funding. The funding came from existing investors FLOODGATE, G-51 Capital and Silverton Partners. Socialware's software helps companies insure compliance with FINRA/SEC and other policies as employees use social networks like Facebook and other social networking sites. More information »
