Transverse Releases Telecom Billing System

Austin-based Transverse, a developer of telecom billing software-as-a-service, said this week that it has released its platform into general availability. The firm said its TRACT product provides carrier-grade features to telecom billing providers, including access to SOA APIs and business intelligence tools. The firm is headed by Jim Messer.
