RealPage Buys Compliance Depot

Carrollton-based RealPage, the supplier of software-as-a-service tools for the apartment and rental industry, said this week that it has acquired assets and selected liabilities of Compliance Depot, a provider of risk management and compliance services to the multifamily housing industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Compliance Depot is based in Plano.
