HomeAway Buys Second Porch

Austin-based online vacation site HomeAway said today that it has acquired Second Porch, a vacation rental site focused on marketing vacation homes through Facebook. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. HomeAway said the technology and team at Second Porch will go to help integrate social features across its network of sites.
