Tyler Technologies Wins North Carolina Agency

Dallas-based Tyler Technologies, the developer of municipal government software, reported another win today, with the North Carolina State Ports Authority. Tyler said it is provideing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to the agency. Financial details of the win were not announced.
