Stream Data Centers Sells Richardson Data Center

Stream Data Centers, a developer and operator of data centers, said Thursday that it has sold its data center in Richardson, to Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT. Financial details of the transaction were not announced. Stream Data Centers said its 20,000 square foot data center contains 10,000 square feet of 36-inch raised floor data center space. The data center was built in 2010. Stream Data Center said it is planning to build another data center project in Richardson in August. The firm said it has been using Richardson for its data center projects due to its "robust power and fiber infrastructure".
