Travelocity Business Launches New Product

Southlake-based Travelocity Business, the corporate travel management arm of Travelocity, said this week that it has launched a new product. The firms said its new IntelliTask software is designed to automate and streamline offline agent processes for customers. The firm said the system helps prioritize calls to agents, and directs bookings to travelers based on their needs or requests.
