ClearCube Buys Network Elites For Cloud Computing Move
Austin-based ClearCube Technology, the developer of virtual desktop products, said today that it has acquired Dallas-based Network Elites, a provider of cloud computing and managed services. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. ClearCube said it would use the acquisition to launch its own, public cloud service. Network Elites was founded by 2001, and its CEO is Ayman Omar.
