Layered Tech Targets Compliance Requirements

Plano-based Layered Technologies reported today that it has added a new, service level agreement (SLA) covering compliance with such requirements as Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as part of its offerings. According to Layered, the new service will be offered at a no additional fee to all of its Layered Tech compliance hosting customers, as part of their existing service. The company said the move will help remove them any issues related to security and compliance requirements that need to be dealt with by its clients.
