CyrusOne Names Another New VP

Houston-based CyrusOne, the provider of data center services, appears to be on a hiring roll, hiring it fourth VP in as many weeks. The company--which provides data centers to enterprise customers--said it has hired Christopher Opat as its Vice President of Corporate IT Systems. Opat joins the company from JP Morgan, the investment banker, and also had served at Bears Stearns, Tosco Corporatoin, and EMC Mortgage. CyrusOne looks to be aggressively building out its executive team, having appointed a VP of Network Services, VP of Channels, a VP heading up its interconnect operations, all in the last month or so.
