WhiteGlove Health Raises $12.9M
Austin-based WhiteGlove Health, the provider of mobile medical and preventative care services, said today that it has raised $12.9M in funding, plus $15.3M in warrants over the next two years, led by Burrill & Company. The company said the funding will be used for working capital, expansion, and development of a brokers/benefits consultant sales channel. WhiteGlove provides in-person and over-the-home healthcare services provided by employers, aimed a reducing healthcare costs for those companies. The funding comes seven months after WhiteGlove abandoned its bid for an IPO, citing unfavorable market conditions. More information »
