SailPoint Launches New Enterprise Software

Austin-based SailPoint, the developer of enterprise management software headed by Mark McClain, has expanded its offerings today with a new product, SailPoint AccessIQ. The firm said its new software provides single sign-on (SSO), self service access requests, and other identity management functionality for enterprises. The new tool is aimed at helping enterprises manage compliance and risk, while letting users self-provision applications. Pricing on the new product was not announced; the firm said the product will be generally available in Q3, with a per-user subscription pricing.
