Bazaarvoice Files For Additional Offering
Austin-based Bazaarvoice filed for an additional offering of its stock Wednesday afternoon, saying that it is looking to raise up to $193.6M in an offering of 8,500,000 shares of its common stock. The firm, which is currently listed as BV on the Nasdaq Global Market, said it would not be receiving any proceeds from the shares by selling stockholders. The new offering is being managed by Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Suisse, BMO Capital Markets, Pacific Crest Securities, and Piper Jaffray. Bazaarvoice is a developer of ratings and reviews software for e-commerce retailers; the firm's IPO was in February.
