Rallyhood Raises $1.3M

Austin-based RallyHood, the online and mobile app provider headed by Patti Rogers which helps groups manage their activities, announced this morning that it has raised $1.3M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Tom Meredith, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Meritage Capital and former SVP and CFO at Dell. According to the company, the funding will go towards customer acquisition and to advance its product vision. Rallyhood develops a set of tools across its web site, Android, and iPhone apps, which allow groups to better manage schedules, communications, and more.
