Q2ebanking Names CFO

Austin-based electronic banking software and services firm Q2ebanking has hired on a new CFO, the company reported today, installing Mark E. JOhnson into the position. Johnson was previously CFO of SumTotal Systems, and also had served at BMC Software, Tivoli/IBM, Dell, and Sterling Commerce. Q2ebanking said Johnson will manage and be responsible for its finance, human resources, legal and compliance departments.
