Quarri Technologies Lands $1.28M

Quarri Technologies, which develops security software, reported this morning that it has raised $1.288M in a funding round for its software. The round was led by the Houston Angel Network and Daylight Partners, and also included the Texas Halo Fund. Quarri, which is led by Bill Morrow and based in Austin, develops software for securing confidential data at companies. The firm said the fund will go to accelerate growth at the company. Quarri said it has seen the most demand for its product from within the financial services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing markets. More information »
