Silverback Enterprise Group Buys EPM Live

Austin's Silverback Enterprise Group, the Austin Ventures-backed company rolling up enterprise software companies, said today that it has acquired EPM Live, a provider of cloud-based project portfolio and work management software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Silverback said that EPM Live becomes part of its PowerSteering Software business. The company said that the acquisition of EPM Live is its fourth in the past 15 months; it also has acquired Visoinael, Tenrox, and PowerSteering Software.
