RetailMeNot Launches Online Magazine

Austin-based RetailMeNot.com, the online coupon site owned by WhaleShark Media, is getting into the publishing business. The firm announced today that it has launched a new, online lifestyle magazine it is calling The Real Deal by RetailMeNot. RetailMeNot said the daily will provide shopping, fashion, beauty, parenting, personal finance, and seasonal advice to consumers. RetailMeNot said it would be tapping "seasoned journalists" to develop content for the new site.
