Tango Networks Ties With Cisco

Frisco-based Tango Networks said today that it has joined a partnership program with networking equipment provider Cisco. According to the company, it has joined Cisco's SolutionPlus program, a program which lets third party products and applications be purchased by Cisco's customers, channel partners, value added resellers, and sales teams. The move is not all that surprising, given that the company just appointed a former Cisco executive, Brenda BOehm, as its President and CEO in August. Boehm had been head of Cisco's Hosted Cloud Solutions product management organization. Tango Networks develops unified communications, call routing, and other features to enterprise office phone systems.
