NetSocket Plugs Into $9.2M
Plano-based NetSocket, the developer of unified communications (UC) products, said today that it has raised $9.2M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Venture Investors, and also included Sevin Rosen Funds, Silver Creek Ventures and Trail Blazer Capital. The firm said the capital will go towards the launch of a new product it is aiming at the Software Defined Networking (SDN) market. NetSocket is led by John White. As part of the funding, Jim Adox of Venture Investors has joined the company's board. More information »
