Vivify Health Scores Funding For Healthcare Service

Plano-based Vivify Health announced yesterday that it has received funding, from Ascenscion Health Ventures and Heritage Group, for its cloud-based, remote care platform. Financial details of the funding were not disclosed. Vivify said it will use the new funding to accelerate delivery of its platform, which is aimed at managing chronic disease, improving care transition, and to help engage patients in their own care. Vivify Health--which was formerly known as Intuitive Health--said it is developing a software-as-a-service platform to provide customized care plans, educational videos, coaching, and more to help manage chronic conditions. Although Vivify did not announce details of the funding, the firm raised $3.38M earlier this year in a round, according to a regulatory filing from the company. More information »
