PFSweb Gets New Board Member

Allen, Texas-based PFSweb, which operates e-commerce sites for brands, said Friday that it has named Shin Nagakura to its board of directors. Nagakura is a Director of transcosmos inc (TCI), which recently made a cash injection into PFSweb. Nagakura replaces Timothy W. Murray on its board of directors. Nagakura is based in Silicon Valley, and according to PFSweb has been investing in and advising such companies as RealNetworks, Brightcove and AskJeeves. He also serves on the boards of Merlin Information Systems, Ltd. and Become, Inc.
