Futurex Names VP

Bulverde, Texas-based data security and encryption products developer Futurex said Thursday that it has named a new VP. The company said it has named Fadi Cotran, Ph.D., as its new Vice President and Chief Solutions Architect. Cotran was previously at AEP Networks/Ultra Electronics, working with technology such as DNSSEC and PKI. He also has served at Dell SonicWall and Sun Microsystems, and has more than 30 years of experience.
