GENBAND Gets Win In Italy

Frisco-based telecom equipment developer GENBAND has signed on a new customer in Italy today, saying that it has won Welcome Italia, a telecommunications provider for Italy's enterprise market. Size of the win was not announced. GENBAND said Welcome Italia will use its IMSLiTE solution as part of a capacity expansion for its network, and to help deliver enhanced multimedia communications and SIP business trunking services to its enterprise customers.
