Drillinginfo Buys Transform Software

Austin-based oil and gas software developer Drillinginfo said today that it has acquired Transform Software & Services, a provider of energy exploration and production data and analytics software. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Transform was based in Denver, Colorado. Both companies provide software and related services for helping in oil and gas exploration and production.
