Solera Holdings Buys Turkish Company

Westlake, Texas-based automotive insurance software provider Solera Holdings made an acquisition yesterday, of Turkish automotive service Pusula Otomotiv. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Solera Holdings said that Pusula is a provider of vehicle disposition and titling services in Turkey, and operates a web-based platform for connecting buyers, vehicle resellers, repair shops, and spare parts recyclers with insurers, sellers, and fleet companies.
