tripBAM Takes On Hotel Reservations

If you're a frequent traveler, you know the drill--find a local hotel, book it, and keep on checking hotel prices if you want to get the best rate on your room. However, a new, Dallas-based startup, tripBAM, wants to change that. tripBAM said today that it has launched a cloud-based, fully automated service which will book hotels--and cancel and rebook them automatically, every time prices get cheaper. The new service lets users create a pool of hotels, which it will automatically check for the best rates and book the lowest rate through daily monitoring. The firm is led by Steve Reynolds. The company said it has been testing the tool with travel agencies and corporate travelers.
