Newgistics Acquires Tacit Knowledge

Austin-based e-commerce services and software firm Newgistics reported this morning that it has acquired Tacit KNowledge, a digital commerce consultancy based in San Francisco. Financial details of the acquisition deal were not announced by the company. Newgistics said the move will help add software development and consulting services to its e-commerce solution. Newgistics provides web design, implementation, integration, hosting and support services, plus order fulfillment, parcel delivery and returns management for companies.
