EnTouch Controls Launches Managed Support Service

Richardson, Texas-based energy management systems developer EnTouch Controls, which develops hardware to help retail businesses better manage their energy usage, is expanding into the managed services business today, with the launch of a new service. EnTouch said it has launched EnTouch 360, a support service to help restaurants, retail stores and other small businesses manage their energy efficiency efforts, without requiring adding operations staff. EnTouch Controls said it will provide facility managers with technicians to help remotely troubleshoot and diagnose facility performance issues, 24/7. The company said it prices the service per facility.
