OneSpot Raises $5.3M

Austin-based OneSpot has raised $5.3M in a Series A funding round, for its content advertising and content marketing software. OneSpot said the funding was led by Mohr Davidow Ventures, and also included Mack Capital, RSL Ventures, Capital Factory and Bazaarvoice co-founder Brett Hurt. The startup said that Mohr Davidow's Bryan Stolle joins its board of directors with the funding. OneSpot has now raised a total of $6.8M in funding. The company said the new funding will go towards sales, marketing and product development. OneSpot is led by Steve Sachs. More information »
