Catapult Systems Acquired By Chinese Company

Austin-based Catapult Systems, which provides Microsoft consulting and systems integration services, has been acquired by Chinese company ChinaSoft International. ChinaSoft said this week that it will pay $41.0M plus earnout for Catapult Systems, which provides Microsoft integration services to clients. ChinaSoft said that Catapult had 423 employees, and had revenues of $62.3M for the twelve months ending September 30th. ChinaSoft is publicly trade on the Hong King Stock Exchange, and has around 19,000 employees.
