Compass Learning Names VP

Austin-based Compass Learning, which develops software for the K-12 education market which personalizes teaching for students, has named Eileen Shihadeh as Vice President of Marketing for the company. Shihadeh is a former teacher, who previously served at Texas Instruments' Education Division and for Harcourt. The company said Shihadeh has nearly two decades of experience in the K-12 market. Compass Learning has been in a major executive expansion recently, having named a VP of Engineering earlier this month, a new VP of Content Development in December, and a Professional Services VP in October.
