Macheen Connects With Verizon 4G

Austin-based cloud connectivity provider Macheen said yesterday that its platform has gone live on the Verizon 4G LTE network, allowing its customers to connect their apps via Verizon's North American 4G network. Macheen provides broadband connectivity on a per-application basis, and is aimed at making it more affordable for enterprises to provide their employees with connectivity to email or internal application software. Financial details of the deal with Verizon were not announced. Macheen's data plans are significantly reduced compared to standard wireless broadband support from the carriers.
