SCIenergy Gets $12M For Energy Efficiency Efforts

Dallas-based SCIenergy, a developer of energy management services and software, said this week that it has raised $12M more in funding. The funding was led by Braemer Energy Ventures, and also included Edison International, Mitsui USA, and The Westly Group, DFJ Core, DFJ Growth and Triangle Peak Partners. SCIenergy provides software and services focused on helping manage energy consumption in large buildings, including providing financing energy efficiency improvements in those buildings.
