Allegro Development Names CFO

Dallas-based software developer Allegro Development Corporation, which develops supply chain and trading software for the power and energy market, said it has named Gary Ito as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. Ito was most recently at Ariba, and prior to that was the CFO of Quadrem, which he helped sell to Ariba in 2010. Allegro Development is a developer of supply chain and risk management software used in the power and gas utility market.
