TECH Fort Worth Recognizes Entrepreneurs
TECH Fort Worth, the industry group which supports the high tech industry and startups in Fort Worth, recognized a number of local entrepreneurs this week at Texas Christian University--including Dell founder Michael Dell. The group said that it recognized E3 Water, a developer of water and wastewater treatment technology; E-Mist Innovations, a developer of electrostatic disinfecting and sanitizing technology backed by Cowtown Angels; and SurgeryLink, a HIPAA compliant communications platform for surgeons. Michael Dell was awarded the group's Legacy Award, and the group also recognized its outgoing chairman, Vernon Rowe, who is at Whitaker Chalk.
