CyrusOne Shuffles Board Seats

Dallas-based data center operator CyrusOne said late Thursday that it has made some changes to its board of directors. CyrusOne said that John F. (Jack) Cassidy is retiring from its board, and Alex Shumate will be appointed non-executive CHairman at the company. Shumate has been on the company's board since January of 2013, and is Managing Partners of legal firm Squire Sanders (US) LLP. He was also involved in Cincinnati Bell's acquisition of Cyrus Networks---which is now CyrusOne--back in 2010.
