Report: HomeAway Eyes Formal Venture Fund
Austin-based HomeAway is considering setting up its own, formal venture capital farm to help manage its investments in companies, according to a report over the weekend. HomeAway CEO Brian Sharples told TechCrunch that the company is very actively looking at investing in companies, with more investments to help startup companies.
