Graylog Rolls Out New Software

Houston-based Graylog, which develops the open source log analysis platform of the same name, said today that it has rolled out version 1.0 of its new Open Source Graylog product. Graylog said it will be providing paid services and support for the new, enterprise software, which is used by companies to store, search, and analyze their IT log data. Log management is used by companies to help pinpoint problems in IT infrastructure. Graylog announce earlier this month that it had raised $2.5M for its tools, from such investors as Mercury Fund, Crosslink Capital, Draper Associates, and High-Tech Grunderfonds.
