Tyler Gets Win In California

Plano-based Tyler Technologies reported another win this week, this time in California. According to Tyler, the City of Lake Elsinore, in California, is using its EnerGov and Incode financial management software. Size of the win was not announced. Lake Elsinore, near Los Angeles, has about 56,000 residents.
